What is the best, graduate level, innovation education available at the moment? It could be a masters or executive education program.

I recently came across Jim Carroll’s Masters of Business Imagination Manifesto (aka The Masters of Business Innovation) which is available at: http://www.jimcarroll.com/10s/10MBI.htm. His conceptual idea appears to have a very practical focus. 

Several universities are offering masters of innovation management degrees, but most of the classes focus on topics other than innovation such as business, engineering, or technology. It gives the impression that traditional degrees were slightly repackaged and rebranded.
